Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping area. Close to public transportation.
The sofa is old and uncomfortable. Some humidity near the windows.

Ubicación, comunicación con el anfitrión, limpieza, insonorización de las ventanas, decoración,… Todo, menos el sofá.
El sofá es extremadamente incómodo. El acolchado está vencido, tanto que el espaldar se te clava a la altura del cuello. Basta con cambiarlo, para que la estancia sea de 10.

Alles, Wohnung gemütlich eingerichtet, alles da und zu fuss in die City. Essen und Trinken vor der Tür. Für 1-2 Personen perfekt. Für 4 finde ich es zu klein.
Erstelle leider die Beine sehr marode, daher besser nicht benutzen. Sofa sehr durchlebt. Sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden.
