Perfect location, very clean, lots of amenities. Owner was easy to reach kind and very easy to deal with.
I honestly can't think of one thing that I disliked about this property.

Location was great, communication was great, liked the automatic light sensors in every room.
The beds were not very comfortable, the odd random furniture in living room and kitchen need to be removed. A better and bigger sofa needs to be added.

I liked the location - the house is just 1.3 km from the waterfalls, but if you cannot walk up the hill, then you need to have a car. Good waterfalls parking next to the Skylon tower costs just 5 dollars. The boat cruise is also nearby this parking.
There is also a parking next to the house.
The house is spacious with 3 large bedrooms. There is everything you need for 1 night stay: a kitchen with a fridge, a shower.
I didn't like the lack of cosiness in this house. It clearly needs a woman's touch and care. The furniture is old, and the windows, although curtained, haven't been washed in a long time. Instead of blankets, the house only has thin throws. I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower there and was glad that we stayed in this house only one night and no longer.
