It was a nice big house with lots of bedrooms and lots of space to sped out.

Pro: plenty of hot water, greater water pressure, beds mostly comfortable, hot tub, patio with pergola & dining area, fire pit, parking, cookware (some needed to be rewatched prior to use), 2 refrigerators ( main on broken shelf), WiFi, washer and dryer, 1 TVcontroller that worked, location, linens and towels, en-suite bathroom, access to roads. Hugh patio area.
Cons: Would never have rented this house if viewed in person. Pictures deceiving photoshopped. House needs a coat of paint.
Master en-suite shower handle ready to fall off, no towel racks, no dresser so we lived out of our suitcase for 7 days, balcony floor splinter city, table unusable, cobwebs from painting over the bed to the ceiling.
Wooden steps and railings splinters. A bedroom had Hugh spackle areas and the closet had sheets of wallpaper peeling.
Children got locked in their room and required a maintenance man to get them out. He also had to unlock bathroom 5. Bathroom 5 is in the basement and the shower looked skeeve.
1 coffee pot broken and the other had coffee in it. You needed to rewash your flatware and some of the cookware before using.
Sun room unusable due to temperature, clutter, broken exercise bike and weights rusty.
2nd dining room no lighting so could use only during the day.
Only 1 working TV. Never found the Roku controller. When cushions were removed to find the Roku it was disgusting what we found.
Living room furniture is old and worn out. The queen sleep sofas were loaded with crackers, cereal.
Gas grill was disgusting. Used the flat grill that took 15 minutes to clean only had 2 of the 4 pilots to light. Did use a wood stick to get the other pilots to light.
As we arrived a house down the block was getting raided by SWAT TEAM.
