The house was clean and spacious. We chose this because we wanted 4 bedrooms. The beds were made up and bath towels and beach towels were provided. The agent did respond to queries quickly even if problems weren’t always sorted out. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The town square is also 5 minutes walk away and this is very nice. The beach Platja de Muro (15 min drive) is lovely and great for kids. You need a car here!

In my opinion this house is not ready to be rented out. There are a lot of the owners personal possessions around the house. There is a large garage on the back of the property with an entrance into the garden. This is open with no door and full of random stuff. It does not give a good vibe. Also there were random buckets, cloths, mops, strewn around the garden. When we arrived it felt like they hadn’t been expecting us. There was a large pool hoover in the pool, as well as a hose and half deflated balloons and old party decorations around the patio area. On asking the agent about this I was told that the pool hoover must stay attached at all times! How are you supposed to swim! The pool is only 4m long and the vacuum hose is that long! The photos of the pool on the listing should have a massive hoover showing in them for them to be accurate! I looked up the instructions for the model of pool vacuum and it states only to use it for two hours a day (and that is for a full size pool) so I’m not sure why they want it attached all the time. All our photos from the pool area look awful because of this hoover and swimming was difficult if not dangerous with it in the way. The pool also got very green with algae very quickly. When contacted, the owners did come to sort this out but it meant we could not use the pool for two days the first week and one day the second week. If they know this is a problem they should arrange in advance to come once a week to add the chemicals. Not wait for it to get really bad. The algae made the steps slippery and the water cloudy and green. There were no instructions left for the pool. Inside the house there are some areas of damage which we were not notified about and when I raised these with the agent I did not receive a reply. There are some badly broken tiles in the downstairs shower room and a lot of ants coming up from under these tiles. The shower door is also broken. We did not use this shower at all because of the damage.
