Great apartment

Great apartment with everything you need for a lovely stay. Supermarket is 50 meters away through the side of tje apartment which is very handy. Kitchen is good with nice utensils. Washer and dryer are nice to have. I would recommend this apartment and would happily stay if we visit this area.

Climbing 2 levels of stairs with luggage. We didn't expect this and was not mentioned anywhere. Not for disabled.

Gehobenes Ambiente

Perfekt ausgestattet mit viel Platz für 5 Personen. Gehobenes Ambiente in guter Lage. Parkplatz plus Möglichkeit für weitere Kfz auf dem Kaufland Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles wie beschrieben und zu allergrößter Zufriedenheit.

Zeer aangenaam appartement in mooi dorp vlakbij Keulen, Phantasialand en Bonn

Keurig en zeer ruim appartement, met kwaliteitsmateriaal ingericht. 2 WC's is een voordeel. Letterlijk 2 minuten gelegen van een groot warenhuis, wat al een uitstap op zich is gezien de grootte :-). Vlakbij het Keulen, Phantasialand, Bonn en het prachtige Schloss Drachenburg wat een echte aanrader is. Buiten enkele kleine puntjes is het appartement een echte aanrader!

We mankeerden in de keuken kommetjes voor bv yoghurt of nootjes en ook een veegborstel of stofzuiger om bv gemorste cornflakes op te poetsen. Het zal ongetwijfeld aanwezig geweest zijn maar achter gesloten deur. Verder vonden we 2 nieuwe pannen in de keuken waarvan er 1 niet geschikt was voor het inductievuur waardoor niet bruikbaar dus.

Wir würden wahrscheinlich wiederkommen!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung , groß und geräumig in einer ruhigen Lage Zentrale Einkaufsmöglichkeit vorhanden und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht man sehr schnell Köln/Bonn etc.

Matratzen im zweiten Schlafzimmer sehr weich -> ein Topper wäre empfehlenswert und dann würden vielleicht auch dieBetten nicht so auseinander rutschen

In Summe gutes Quartier mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu verbessern, dafür relativ günstig.

Kein Frühstück enthalten, da Kurzzeitwohnung. Wir haben uns dort nur 2 Nächte aufgehalten, aber es war soweit alles vorhanden, sogar etwas Kaffee im Vollautomaten. Viel Platz im Wohn-Essbereich, großes Sofa, dort könnten sogar auch zwei Personen schlafen. Einrichtung zwar günstig, aber dafür relativ modern.

Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, Steckdosenpositionen suboptimal, Steckdosen-Kindersicherungen sehr nervig. Der Schalter vom Außenrolladen ist so hinter Gardine verborgen, dass wir diesen erst zur 2. Nacht gefunden haben, sonst keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit. Nur Kaltwasser am Toilettenwaschbecken, damit für mehr als 2 Personen Engpass im Bad vorprogrammiert. Nicht ersichtlich, ob Parkplatz vor dem Haus benutzt werden darf, wir haben morgens einen bösen Zettel von anderem Bewohner an der Scheibe gehabt. Die Info dazu fehlte einfach, andere Parkplätze waren aber in gewisser Entfernung nicht zu finden. Bei Ankunft hat der automatische Türöffner zwar funktioniert, leider ließ sich die Tür nicht öffnen. Unter der bei Booking nur angegebenen Mobil-Nr. war niemand erreichbar, das geht garnicht, wenn man gerade ankommt. Über die Homepage des Vermieters (mussten wir erst drauf kommen, dass es diese gibt, ohne allzeitiges Internet geht nichts mehr!) haben wir dann die dort auch angegebene Buchungs-Festnetznummer versucht und jemanden erreicht, mit dem erhaltenen Hinweis ging die Tür dann auf (Tür während Schließvorgang kräftig zuziehen um die Schließfalle zu entlasten, die hatte letztlich durch den hohen Dichtungsdruck gehakt)

الشقة رائعة جدا، مرتبة ونظيفة وذات أثاث جيد جدا ومريح. صاحب الشقة شخص في قمة اللطف. لقد وضع لنا المفاتيح لسهولة الاستخدام، ووضع لعبة ليتسلى بها ابني الصغير. هناك كم كبير جدا من الادوات والاواني ذات النوعية الممتازة. الشقة في حي جميل وهادئ وآمن ويمكن الوصول اليها بسهولة عبر الباص 515 و SB65 المراتب مريحة جدا ونظيفة.

لم نتمكن من اشعال الموقد الكهربائي، كان دائما يعطينا اشارة خطأ بحرف F. المياه الساخنة بالحمام تنفذ بسرعة.

struttura molto pulita, arredamento moderno e ben tenuto e mantenuto. stanze accoglienti. a 15'-18' dal centro a piedi. zona tranquilla. zona cucina ben organizzata, con dotazioni complete e d elettrodomestici di buona qualità. anche i bagni sono puliti e ordinati lo raccomando sicuramente

come in molte strutture europee, mancano i bidet nei bagni (per altro in ottime condizioni) e sui letti non usano le lenzuola.

Angenehm mit sympathischer Betreuung.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt in Laufweite der Innenstadt Siegburg bzw. nahe der Autobahn nach Bonn/Köln. Wohnung wurde kurz gezeigt bei Schlüsselübergabe und Fragen beantwortet.

Schlafzimmer liegen zur Strasse mit moderatem Verkehr.
