Nice furniture,quiet location, easy check-in and good free parking!
The cleaning should have been done better, there was pieces of broken glass on the floor. It looks for me that it was not done at all, the bed sheets was stained. I had to clean the floor myself,because I was there with a 3 year old child and she wanted to play on the floor.

Good place for a big company or family.
Everything was good , location the apartment was located. Missing chairs to balcony and could be better to put there some electric stove for heating
.All the rooms smelled of cooking. This smell was not coming from our kitchen.The coffee machine is making americano ,not espresso.

Amazing location! If you don't come by car
It was in an amazing location, 5 mins away by car from Troisdorf train station, which made taking the train into Cologne very easy. Clean, tidy, and modern. The kitchen was well equipped too.
The "free parking" advertised is a bit misleading. There is no actual parking assigned to the apartment, it's all on street parking. That was not clear to us before we arrived. Sometimes we had to park a kilometre away. I just wish this had been made clear, so we would've come with less cars. Communication also wasn't great, as when I asked about the parking situation before arriving, I only received automated answers. One neighbour was also very unpleasant, but that is not the property's fault. Just a warning to potentially guests.

Spacious, clean and comfortable, with challenging parking situation
Parking only available on street slots and apartment is in a residential neighborhood. It was a tedious for me as as all slots on the street were occupied. Had to unload family and luggage, had to park about a kilometre away in a parking lot and bring back later again for checkout.

neprakticky zariadene, sklenene dvere do kuchyne, ktore sa nedaju zatvorit. vsetko pocut, susedov vo vedlajsej izbe. kupelna a izba je spojena okienkom. ak v noci idete na toaletu, svetko je v celom byte. vstup na toaletu je nebezpecny, hned narazite do skla sprchoveho kuta. nebezpecne.
