The apartment was spacious, comfortable and fully air conditioned. The front and rear balconies were great, but the private rooftop sun terrace was outstanding. Large area with sun loungers, sofas, dining table, shower and a bbq. There is also one electric parasol and one manual to provide shade in high temperatures. Modern kitchen and bathroom which had everything for a family of four. 2nd toilet room which also houses the washer is very useful. Great stay. Will return.
The pool and grounds are excellent, however it is worth noting that the pool is closed between 2-4pm. And the property caretaker does enforce this. I am told this is common throughout nerja. There are no communal sunloungers. Fortunately our apartment had foldable chairs and parasol that we used around the pool. I would suggest a keysafe at the property as we had to collect our keys out of hours. Martin the host was helpful with overcoming this.

Everything you need in a lovely apartment close to the beach and town
There was just a very brief exchange of keys ( large bunch which you had to figure out what opened what) and info outside the apartment with the key holder. Unfortunately, the pool was empty from the time we arrived till the day we left which was extremely disappointing.
