Die Nähe zum Strand war perfekt, keine 50 m entfernt und zum Zentrum war es auch nicht weit.
Leider war der Balkon zu klein (schmal), sodass man dort nur sehr schlecht sitzen konnte, z.B. um zu frühstücken. Das Badezimmer ist auch sehr klein insbesondere die Dusche. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen.

The view directly over the beach from the 2nd floor apartment was really great. Smart apartment in a great location for the nice local beaches and town centre of Nerja with many restaurants and shops. About 10 minutes walk to the Balcon de Europa.
Parking was very difficult in the area. Lots of free parking but very few spaces available in July. Required about 30 minutes of circling to find a space, so best to not use the car much when staying here. There is plenty to do without needing a car as there are at least 7 local beaches within walking distance
