Zentrale Lage, Metrostation in der Nähe, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen, viele Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung, super unkomplizierte Übergabe nach Mitternacht

L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait pour visiter Madrid à pieds. De nombreux monuments et musées sont accessibles à maximum 30 minutes de marche (parc du Retiro, musée du Prado, Reina Sofia, Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor... etc.). Le quartier est aussi très commerçant, ce qui est pratique. Le logement est spacieux.
Les équipements sont anciens, en particulier ceux de la cuisine. La propreté de la cuisine et de la salle de bains étaient moyennes. Les lits sont basiques bien que fonctionnels, il ne faut pas s'attendre à un grand confort.

Arredi e stato dell'immobile non corrispondono alle foto che, evidentemente, sono state scattate anni fa. Letto scomodo. Lenzuola con capelli, prontamente cambiate dal gestore. Pareti e fughe del rivestimento del bagno nere... Siamo stati soltanto due notti e con rammarico per esserci fidati delle recensioni che avevamo letto. Booking ci ha deluso. Nun
