L'emplacement, la taille, l'environnement de l'appartement dans l'immeuble, le calme .
Le lit est très dur. Trop dur. Il manque un système de ventilation, l'air n'est pas renouvelé.

Ottima zona, ben collegata con la metro, tranquilla durante la settimana e vivace la domenica durante il Rastro
Appartamento un po' freddino, non ci sono i termosifoni e il condizionatore non riusciva a scaldare adeguatamente.

L emplacement a quelques minutes à pieds des restaurants et des différentes lignes de métro et bus permettant de visiter Madrid , L Escorial, Sergovia et Tolède sans voiture, et tout en étant au calme. Lit confortable . Propre.
Nettement plus petit que les 55 m2 annoncés (en réalité proche de 25 à 30 m2). Le manque d’accessoires pour cuisiner (aucun plat pour aller au micro-ondes, ni aucune casserole) . Les fuites d’eau depuis la douche.
