it was very easy to collect the keys. the owner met us at the door and showed us around the appartment then handed over the keys. she had a book with written instruction on how to use the equipment also details on resturants etc. very friendly and helpful. she also left her contact detail. if you should ever need her. youn wont believe how close the Colosseum is. it is so close. there is a small mini supermarket close by an excellet resturant next door and other close to the building. The taxi rank is just door the street and tram service every thing is so close transportation tax restruant bank all close to each other. and it super quiet at night.
The holiday ended. No lifts you have stairs to climb which is okay
