    Mehmet was incredibly kind, considerate, and helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality was the highlight of our experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a generous variety of choices, and we truly appreciated the effort that went into it. The staff also stored our luggage so that we could continue exploring the area, and Mehmet kindly helped us arrange our airport shuttle. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and has wonderful potential, although it would benefit from more regular cleaning and maintenance, as there was noticeable dust. Unfortunately, the room itself left quite a bit to be desired. The hotel felt older, dark, and unusually quiet, as though very few guests were staying there. At times, the atmosphere felt a little like something out of The Shining. The room also seemed as though it had not been occupied for some time, with some dust beginning to accumulate. Several things needed maintenance - the bathroom door handle fell off, and parts of the shower also required attention. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and everything else was generally adequate. The warmth and hospitality of Mehmet and the staff were excellent, but the room and facilities would benefit greatly from some maintenance, brighter touches, and additional care. We hope these improvements can be made, as the people running the hotel were genuinely wonderful.

    - 일층받았는데 방에서 벌룬이 보이긴 하지만 옥상만큼은 아님 - 헤어드라이어 일분키면 꺼지지만 새로달라하면 줌 - 방이 일층인데 반지하느낌이고 환기구가 없어서 꿉꿉한 느낌있음 그치만 넓음 - 물은 잘나오고 다들 그렇듯 배수는.. - 조식 뷔페식이고 매일 조금씩 다름 - 하루는 스크램블 나왔는데 감튀랑 스크램블 우유에 시리얼 타먹고 토마토랑 오이 잔뜩 먹음 배부름 푸헤헤 - 직원들 3교대같음 매우 친절함 특히 나이든 아저씨 농담좋아함 조금 짓궂음 참고

    Konumu çok merkezi ve balon manzarasının çok güzel göründüğü bir yerdeydi. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi, her konuda yardımcı oldular. Tekrar gitmek istesem yine aynı yerde kalırım, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

    Location is ok but the rooms at the first floor actually are rooms underground ，other floors are normal ，the price is not very good Breakfast is not bad
