The location is very convenient. The meeting point for group tours and the bus terminal are both only about a 2-minute walk away, which was really helpful. The hot air balloons looked beautiful from the rooftop and they were also visible from my room just like in the photos. One thing I really appreciated was the service after check-out. The hotel let me leave my luggage there and also allowed me to stay on the rooftop, which was very convenient since I had a late bus. The room was not 100% spotless, but it was still comfortable enough to stay in. Considering the price, I think it offers good value for money. The breakfast was a little basic and could be improved, but overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

The location is excellent, with the added bonus of being able to watch the beautiful hot air balloons floating by — such a magical sight! The breakfast was also very good and a great way to start the day. What really stood out was the warm, family-run atmosphere. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel at home. As a solo traveller, that sense of comfort and safety meant a lot to me. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend Balloon View Hotel, especially to other solo travellers looking for a friendly and welcoming place to stay.
