Premium accommodation with luxury HOT-TUB and decking area, near Fantasy Island

Location was great - nice and quite site at night - hot tub was lovely and beds nice and comfortable

Shower was poor (I find this a very common issue with vans I’ve rented before as they don’t hold well in place). Could do with some new drinking glasses

Car park was a bit far with having a new born baby When they cry don’t want to be walking through the caravan site

It is a beautiful caravan with everything you need. Close to everything

As soon as we arrived noticed damage to the bathroom door,messaged the host so they didn't think we had done that and stains outside on the mat. as much as we didn't mind that it would have been nice to know they was aware. All beds had bedding except the pull out bed in the room (no pillows or duvet cover) and the kids went in the hot tub once as I was told some one would ring me to arrange to check the pH levels or something daily but nobody came ( I was told after that some one came the friday) but because I wasn't aware and was told it would be checked daily we didn't use it. I have messaged the host and she is in the middle of sorting things out iehich is good i(the hosts are brilliant(ts alot of money to have little things like that happen
