Tolle, geschmackvolle Ausstattung, Größe der Wohnung, ruhige Lage. Die Betten waren für meinen Geschmack sehr bequem.

Saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, kompetenter Ansprechpartner im Vorfeld der Anreise, Zugang zur Wohnung über Schlüsselcode.
Wegen Baustelle direkt vor der Haustür und in der Straße schlechte Parksituation und Lärm unter der Woche. Zusatzkosten für Haustiere zu hoch.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung für unseren Kurztrip nach Karlsruhe. Es fehlt an Nix. Durch Südterrain ist es natürlich keine lichtdurchflutete Wohnung - aber trotzdem sehr schön.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Mit kleiner Terrasse. Das Bett angenehm, der Check in absolut unkompliziert,
Die Sauberkeit lies in diesem Jahr sehr zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere das Waschbecken war mit den Haaren vom Vorgänger behaftet. Die Parkplatzsuche gestalte sich enorm schwierig. Der Rechnung lief ich auch in diesem Jahr lange hinterher.
