A little spendy but worth the stay!
It was a very nice house and I enjoyed the comfortablility. The blankets in the closets were very warm and comfortable. The master bathroom shower head was life changing.
The images made it look farther away from other houses.

I would not recommend this property to any of my friends or family. We have a great family so despite the miserable cond
The house was large. There were 3 bathrooms in the main house & one in the garage. We did get to see geese on the creek & deer were seen in the mornings.
The outdoor area was dangerous for children. No railing on deck, rickety steps, exposed metal on outside of chimney, some kind of burrs throughout the grass that stuck to everything. Inside the carpets were filthy & hadn’t been vacuumed in several areas, fireplace was unusable, the windows looked like they hadn’t been washed in weeks, dining room chairs were all stained. And one of the neighbors was unfriendly to my grandchildren who are 10 & 12.

We loved outside with the deck, fire pit, and sand. Our kids loved it. We enjoyed the kitchen and the separate living area above the garage. It was a quick walk to the beach too.
Only thing was there were some type of plant around the yard and fire pit that had thorns. We didn’t see them and my 4 year old was playing in the sand with his shoes off and stepped on the plant. He ended up with probably 50 stickers stuck in his foot. It hurt but we got them out and he was fine. Knowing kids like to take their shoes off, might be worth trying to get those out. We kept the kids in their shoes.
