Sevilla Alameda PG Apartamentos

El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo. La cocina muy completa. Buena ubicación para ir al centro tanto caminando como en bus.

El estacionamiento tiene el espacio demasiado justo.

Appartamento meraviglioso, superattrezzato e pulitissimo. Gestore disponibile e cortese. Comodissima l'opzione parcheggio!

Leggermente fuori dal centro ma comunque raggiungibile a piedi.

Lekker aan de rand van het gezellige centrum, comfortabel, prima parkeerplek mits je een niet te grote auto hebt.

Niet veel daglicht, maar je bent overdag toch weg ;-). Prijs was fors, maar weinig alternatieven mét parkeerplek. Die je nog eens apart moest afrekenen.

The owner was extremely kind and helpful. He communicated well, responded to all questions and messages in a timely manner. He was also really flexible: the apartment can be taken over at 15:00 but he was kind to allow us to leave our luggage in the apt at 11:30 already, so we could enjoy the city without our luggage. The style of the apartment is really nice and it is spacious. Kitchen is stocked with every tool for cooking. Wifi was stable.

The rooms (bathroom, kitchen, dining area) were not clean. The bathroom was full with longer and shorter hairs and there were other issues that I will not detail. Kitchen and kitchen tools were also showing the use of others before us. It was unhygienic. We were 3 people, so 1 had to stay on the sofa or extra bed. The extra bed is the worst. You have to unfold it and it is metal. The matrass is in 3 parts, that to not connect and are really slim. It's like literally sleeping on metal because the matrasses move away and are anyways ultra thin. The sofa is not intended for sleep, it deepens to the inside so you keep rolling to the back of it. For 2 people sleeping is good. For 3 people it is not. Also the duvets are not inside any covers/cases, just a sheet is under them, which again is really unhygienic. I had to make my own bed although the booking was for 3 people, so in my opinion it has to be ready for 3 peoples stay. Warm water was only enough for 2 people, the 3rd had to wait 15 min before there was hot water again.
