Personnel très réactif, de nombreux équipements à disposition.
Manque de propreté au niveau de la douche, ampoule de la cuisine et robinet de la douche défaillants (ampoule clignotante et eau de la douche qui oscille entre brûlant et froid sans raison).

Ar condicionado vazando água, sendo impossível de ligar e estava a fazer 40° na sombra. Limpeza pessima, cabelos de outras pessoas pelo apartamento todo, banheiro sujo.
