Appartement spacieux, propre, d’une très grande qualité, bien équipé, dans un excellent secteur et avec un hôte réactif. La piscine est essentielle avec les températures chaudes d’été pour avoir un séjour agréable à Séville. Mention spéciale à l’air climatisé qui est suffisamment spacieux pour la taille de l’appartement.

Toutes les explications et la communication fluide, amabilité du propriétaire.
Logement d'une propreté irréprochable, tout est très bien aménagé et spacieux.
Quartier calme avec bcp de petits restaurants et des supérettes.
Gros plus pour l'ascenseur intérieur qui emmène directement à la porte d'accès de la piscine/terrasse elle aussi très accueillante.
Manquait une bouteille d'eau au frais ou petite attention comme un petit panier garni ou autre produit alimentaire comme d'autres logements du même standing ou quelques produits d'hygiène corporelle

The bins cannot be put outside because it is an 8 minute walk away from the property, bin bags available did not fit the bin in the kitchen. Insufficient toilet roll for the size of the apartment with two bathrooms.

The apartment was spacious, clean and in an excellent condition and in a great location. It was also well equipped with all the necessities. There is 2 balconies and a pool. There was a lovely plaza around the corner and several restaurants for tapas and drinks. Also unique was the 2 beautiful churches close by that are adjacent to one another. I have never seen that before.
The only issue is that the master bath has a slow drain in the shower.
