Gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten von der Promenade entfernt. Haus sehr schön aufgeteilt ( insbesondere das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Bad ensuite . Hausreinigung einmal die Woche mit Wäschewechsel und auch Poolreinigung. Verwaltung befindet sich in der gleichen Straße, was die Kommunikation vereinfacht
Was das Haus nicht zu verantworten hat, aber unseren Aufenthalt etwas getrübt hat , waren zwei Baustellen in der Straße (Umbauarbeiten), mit Lärm 6 Tage die Woche von 8-20Uhr. Da hatten wir leider Pech

What an amazing villa. Comfortable with everything we needed. We two friends enjoyed the quiet area.My friend loved the nearby beach as well as further afield. I"m an early riser and loved quiet time having coffee in the morning on the balcony. Indian restaurant on the corner and Antonio's cafe 40 yards away for drinks and snacks.I had coffee and croissant there mist mornings. Supermarket just around the corner, too. Number 30 bus takes you everywhere in Playa Blanca, including the bus station on our final day for the 161/162 airport bus. Everything was provided in the kitchen and a washing machine out back. The pool ( towels included) is just perfect. 2 bathrooms plus a loo downstairs. No trouble with water pressure, as mentioned in previous reviews, so it must have been sorted. I contacted the management company for support twice. Communication was outstanding and reaction quick. Nothing major. I couldn't figure out the washing machine, and a shutter got stuck. By me! Nothing was any trouble. I loved this villa and will be back!
