The location!
Facility, the toilet drain smells so bad, also the walk in shower had some yeast/stains

Location is superb in the middle of the two entrances to the bay! Food was excellent, and staff very kind and accommodating. The bed with a bunch of throw pillows on the balcony is a dream come true. We are coming again as soon as possible!

The room was great, I am grateful for the fridge. It was clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious and completely sufficient. The dinner dish was excellent. It was not cheap, but the taste and quantity were adequate for the price
As hotel guests, we were not provided with a place for dinner. Fortunately, we managed to do it, but such a place should always be available for hotel guests. Another solution would be to ask during check-in: for which days do we want to book dinner?
I was very surprised by the lack of non-alcoholic beer. I am an alcoholic and cannot drink alcohol, this should be taken into account, as well as vegetarian dishes. Places with such a high standard should be an example for others.
In the order on booking, I also asked for flowers for my wife, due to our anniversary. Unfortunately, the request was not even read! I also wrote a message to the number provided in booking and there was no response there either. For this reason, I was disappointed. Then I found out that there is no florist on the island and of course I would have understood that, but unfortunately there was no response and it was not right...
The whole thing does not change my very good opinion of the hotel, but I cannot give the highest rating :(
