The location and building are great, old heritage property by the sea with modern interior.
Noise, even we stayed off season without crowd, you can hear every car from the street and every person walking/talking outside.

The room itself is perfect. It is modern, very well decorated and clean. There is a fridge, coffee machine and a cattle in the room. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great, right in the centre, the only thing to consider is that the ferry terminal has moved and now it is about 30 minutes walk from the hotel.
We booked a room for one night on our way back to Split. It was absolutely impossible to sleep there. There is a bar just underneath the windows and there is a life music there. The windows are not soundproof at all and you can hear everything what’s going on in the bar. If you want to have a good sleep it is definitely not a place to go.
