Great location and outlook from the balcony
The internet was dreadful...had to use the wifi from the bar/cafe below whilst out on the balcony.

I loved every moment of being there. The view was amazing from the balcony. I could have sat there all day. The bed was comfortable and the room furnishings very nice. The host was very hospitable and communication was good about how to get there. I would love to stay there again.

Položaj smještajne jedinice je za preporuku. Uz šetnicu je, uz more, na svega 2 minute pješice od autobusnog kolodvora i 5 minuta od luke gdje pristaje katamaran. Ujutro se u kafiću i slastičarnici ispred objekta možete okrijepiti i doručkom i popiti kavu na predivnoj terasi uz more. Domaćini su vrlo susretljivi.
Nemam primjedbi.

PRO’s
We arrived an hour or 2 early and the room was ready for us.
We were able to let ourselves in.
Communication with the host was v good.
Location was fantastic 1 min walk to the local town beach, bar literally across from the apartment, Ice cream place below a few restaurants on the way in town 5-7 mins
Lots of very local supermarkets
A balcony which a lot of rentals on that stretch don’t have .
Kettle, mini fridge, plates, bowls, mugs, wine and standard glassses. Cutlery, bread board. Bottle opener. We did make our own rolls one day so that came in handy.
There was a unit in the hall, with towels, toilet rolls, bin bags etc I presumed you could help Yourself too which we did along with games 20-40 years old.
Cons
In need of a huge upgrade especially electrically. Installation 50-60 years old. Old screw in fuses, no RCD protection
Power isolated in the bathroom which was just as well as no RCD protection.
Wall sockets hanging out of the wall in desperate need of screwing back.
Air con unit did its job, but not correctly installed outside and the access water goes into a big bottle via a tube on the balcony. We were not told about this and on the 1st day hung our washing out and all the towels got soaked, as it over flowed, we had to keep an eye on this and constantly empty it.
Mozzies loved the apartment stagnant water laying around from the aircon did not help
With this.
The place wasn’t the cleanest nor was in dirty as such ! The shower needed a good clean out as the plug hole was full of hair and didn’t drain well so you showered and was left in a pool of water.
The entrance from the stairs when you walk into the garden is a mess, the first door in didn’t open fully, as does the middle door it bangs on a unit as does the door into the bedroom.
Simple things like dead plants in the entrance hall and balcony let the place down.
This place needs a huge lot of TLC
For 50 euro a night was it worth it .. for safety NO, I’d spend the extra money and go else where.
Such a shame as you can see it had / could be such a great place.
