Short expensive stay at ENOR hotel (see comments)

Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast, nice staff in the morning at breakfast.

The internet was cutting, and I had to enter the username and password several times. Also being 4 in the room, all 4 of us should have had access to internet, not just one A major problem that I could see is that Booking charged my credit card in the same day as I arrived at the hotel, however the owner did not know about that, and told me that I have to pay for my stay, that nothing was payed. So I was charged twice. Now I am dealing with Booking.com to refund the amount they charged me because the hotel does not respond, which is unacceptable as service. So beware that the owner my try to charge you besides the charge from Booking. He does not know that he has to deal with Booking.com and not with the customers directly regarding the checking in.

Worst hotel in France

It was better than sleeping in a ditch!

No record of our booking so had to try and find someone to book us in. Took an hour. Room cold, dated and in urgent need of modernisation. Beds were uncomfortable, bathroom shabby. Room smelt damp, bed covers stained. Dreadful Place!

Réception fermée à mon arrivée (16H45/ 17H) Chambre mis en chauffage juste avant mon arrivée, donc froide humidité dûe au froid dans la pièce chauffage électrique peu performant douche petite et rideau de douche (donc collé au corps) mur abimé, mobilier passé... Rideau de chambre fermé, une fois ouvert, j'ai mieux compris pourquoi... je pense avoir été le seul client de l'hôtel ce soir là, donc pourquoi ne pas avoir eu une meilleure chambre...

Week-end en Bretagne

L'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait pour notre week-end. Il est assez simple et correct pour passer une nuit.

Les chambres sont assez anciennes et simples. Il y aurait besoin que ça soit refait. Et le prix reste assez élevé. Il aurait fallu que le petit déjeuner soit inclus dans le prix.

Très bon accueil. Un hôtel à dimension humaine, des personnes à l'écoute. Malgré sa situation géographique (proche d'un rond-point), la nuit a été calme car la chambre est bien isolée. Nous avons apprécié le côté chauffage avec des radiateurs que l'on peut régler car nous trouvons qu'il fait souvent trop chaud dans les hôtels, ce qui empêche de bien dormir alors que le but premier d'un hôtel est de dormir. Nous avons donc passé une bonne nuit avec une bonne literie.

grazie all'utilizzo della hall siamo stati proprio bene

la possibilità di parcheggiare le nostre due moto davanti alla porta della camera. la proprietaria. una signora estremamente disponibile, ci ha prenotato la pizza a domicilio e ci ha dato la possibilità di usare la sala per la colazione (per la nostra cena dato che diluviava ed eravamo in moto). ci ha dato tante dritte sulla vacanza, informazioni molto utili, e la sua gentilezza è stata veramente eccezionale

in camera c'era un pò odore di chiuso (forse perchè pioveva? oppure era una camera usata poco?)
