It was great. No real complaints or problems.

Spacious, facilities, location

1: Cleanliness: It was clean but not exceptional. In my opinion, it would add great value, if landlord have a check on caretaker or whoever is making apartment ready for next tenants. For example in living room it was bit dusty and sandy on & under the rug, which must be building up from several tenants. 2: Suggestion: Pleas provide drying rack to hang wet cloths in backyard. There is in other apartments but was not in this one. 3: Suggestion: It would be great if you could somehow ask tenants, to take off shoes downstairs and not to bring in bedrooms. Carpet is getting dirty and having stains because of it, I believe (I might be wrong).

Everything was fine, it was a comfortable stay for 3 nights, little bit far from the City Centre it takes around 20 - 30 minutes by bus especially during the peak time. Thank you

great base for a group trip to Manchester

this flat was perfect as a base for a weekend in Manchester with friends. it’s about 15 mins to central Manchester in an Uber and much better value than staying in town. the beds were comfy and it was generally clean.

on the whole this place was great! but to be aware the area doesn’t have much going on but that didn’t matter to us as we took taxis into Manchester easily. the internet isn’t the best and we couldn’t get our chrome cast to work with the tv. there were no dishwasher tablets which would have been helpful to know and be aware that not all of the pans work on the induction hob. but very little to fault!

we had a fabulous weekend,comfortable house ,very quick to react to any messages.

clean bright and functional. comfortable beds and lovely bath rooms. handy down stairs loo. Dishwasher with some tablets provided. Loads of hot water. Nice linen and towels. Hand soap at all sinks. Plenty of towels and sponges.

not able to comfortably seat for all 8 guests, not able to all sit down and eat together at the table. would have been great to have outdoor seating/table. induction hob not working (instruction manual required) dangerous edges on extraction hood. In fairness host was responsive when unable to use the hob,but the issue wasn’t solved,however made use of the oven and microwave.

Nice and spacious apartment

Nice apartment, but kitchen not very clean. Plates and cutlery filthy, old cleaning sponge left to clean dishes (I'd rather use my hand than this sponge). Which i did to clean plates and cutlery. No Tv which isn't ideal.

Lovely home, very clean, all utilities there, very spacious. Bedrooms were great and beds comfy. Host was amazing kept in touch and was very efficient. Location was great too. Would recommend this to other and use again if back in the area.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

The house itself is lovely with nice rooms

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Booked this place for my birthday and we thoroughly cleaned the house before we left. But nightmare with Pure Stay started 2 days after our stay. I had 'paid' (wasn't paid as such but put on hold) a £250.00 deposit prior to our stay and 2 days after our stay £100.00 was taken from my account by Pure Stay prior to even speaking to me. I then received a message from them outlining that there was some "minor damage" but "nothing to worry about". We inadvertently broke a vase during our stay of which I informed them, apologised and offered to cover this from the deposit.You can then imagine my shock when I received an email claiming that whilst the vase would cost £5.00 (no problem with this as it was out fault) BUT some (alleged) very insignificant and small mascara stains on a throw and on the carpet in one of the bedrooms would cost £95.00 (!!!!) for a supposed "deep clean"and the carpet would "need to be replaced". I disputed this with Pure Stay- we had taken our own pictures prior to vacating the house and whilst there were some very small and insignificant black stains in one of the bedrooms, this same bedroom carpet already had an existing huge iron burn and so I find it hard to believe that they would need to replace the carpet for some alleged tiny mascara stains but would not replace it for a very prominent and visible iron burn!!! There was no evidence the mascara stains even came from us (also possible they are recycling the picture) and in any case should be included in the £85.00 cleaning fee charged in the booking fee. Long story short after claiming they would send me back £100.00 they never did. I have since been embroiled in an ongoing dispute with Pure Stay through my bank during which they have lied and threatened to have my review taken down on booking.com.
