Das Appartment ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man kann sich an der kleinen Küchenzeile selbst Essen zubereiten und beim Frühstück auf den Lindenbaum vorm Fenster schauen. Von der Wohnung aus ist es nah zum Strand und man kann um die Ecke beim Bäcker frische Brötchen holen und beim Nahkauf einkaufen. Das griechische Restaurant im Haus bietet leckere Gerichte. Die Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir wurden mit einem Blumenstrauß begrüßt.
Die Straße vorm Haus ist etwas laut.
