Sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung! Es gibt viel Informationsmaterial zur Umgebung. Der zur Ostsee gewandte Balkon ist toll.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Schöne Aussicht. Überdachter Parkplatz. Bequem verstellbare Lattenrostkopfteile. Vorhandener Fahrstuhl. Netter Vermieterkontakt.
Das Sofa ist etwas hart gefedert und dadurch unbequem.

Die erste Freude war der überdachte Parkplatz und dann die weitere Überraschung, dass ein Fahrstuhl da war, der das Koffer hochtragen sehr erleichtert hat. UND die Wohnung war warm und hatte einen super Ausblick. Auch das der Gastgeber vorab alles bis ins Kleinste per Email beschrieben hatte. Und auch zwischendurch Kontakt gehalten hat.
