Friendly staff, very unpleasant room condition

Staff were very friendly and helpful!

The room was very dirty and run down. The bathroom had holes in the ceiling with mold. Bedding had burn holes in the sheets and I found a dead bug in the bed. Room also smelled like cigarette smoke. Rare should be lower than advertised.

Both beds stained with what looked like blood, black mold in the shower, funky odor Checked out after an hour.

I immediately checked out after seeing the room. The young lady at the desk was pleasant.

There was fecal matter on the toilet seat, and the bathroom door was held together with painted over duct tape

It was disgusting I'm still sick over it there's black mold there's cockroaches everywhere it's sad I wouldn't let my dog stay in there

They need to have it inspected the roof is leaking and like I said there is tons of cockroaches everywhere they were falling on me and bed bugs galore

Very 1960!

The room was very clean.

The light over sink was broken making it difficult to put on make up and do hair. There was no bedside lamp. The exterior was very trashy and dirty. People were living here; obvious by visible BBQ pits, bicycles, and lawn furniture. Very rough look.

Because it was cheap there were several long term residence which draws bugs that were left dead on the wall when smashed by other people. And there was underwear in the drawers when I arrived

flies all in the room..I did not get the queen size bed that I booked instead for two small beds very stiff uncomfortable..there was drug addicts/homeless wondering around..very poor condition of rooms..remote did not work..run down motel but had a tesla charging in the front🤔

The inside door safety lock in room 113 wasn't available. Needed to be replaced. But the area still felt safe and the doorknob had a lock as well

Didn't expect comfort or amnenities for price, but disappointed with basic cleanliness & security.

The window faced parking lot with bright lights and car headlights, no shade or curtain to keep light from shining through the big gap around the blinds. Door had a huge gap around and wasn't sure the lock would actually hold. Bugs in bathroom on floor crawling around into main area. Loud music from event center in same area and loud drunk upstairs.

Need some TLC

I like that the tv worked great and had lot of different channels to watch.

I didn't like the ideal of having to go and but rouch spray. The hotel has roaches bad. There were also no certains just blinds, someone walking could see through the window if the light is on. The door didnt have the deadbolt hook, it was broke. There were also a lopepe electrical outlet behind the night stand .

the location was convenient

I found someone’s clothes in the bathroom. the bathroom was horrible. we did not use it. we went places for the bathroom. The staff was not the most pleasant person. it was a non smoking room but the room was filled with stale smoke with cigarette holes in bedspread. Sheets were stained. We had blankets from the concert so we slept on it. Why did we stay with all the issues? Time restrictions and nowhere to go

The ac worked and the tv had cable. The shower was nice and hot.

There needs to be a lot of repairs, shower rod was broken, the room smelled like cigarettes, the floors hadn't been cleaned in a while because after I stepped out of the shower and waked around and stood back on the towel it left a dirty footprint. The icing on the cake was as I was leaving the room I saw a cockroach run across the floor.
