Wonderful staff! Comfortable beds. Lots of options nearby for a quick meal. Quiet. Easy parking right by the door. Heater worked well.

It's not bad for the cost but with cheap hotels comes the lackluster shower temps and less than perfect facilities. Fact of life, not a slam on this place.

The owner was very accommodating. My party was in an accident so I couldn't arrive on my check in date however when I called the property he was so nice & understanding and held my reservation for the following day. The parking was also great since you can park in front of your room.

Simply Deplorable and a scam at best

The location

Where to begin? I was told I must check in before 11pm or wit for morning. Then given a key to someone else’s room. If they had a gun, I’d be dead and understandably so. My room was spartan. The icing on the cake was a $50 (plus3.5% non refundable) service charge and a request for $.75 to use the ice machine. You can’t make any of this stuff up! I’ve stayed at literally hundreds of hotels in my lifetime and if this wasn’t the worst it’s in the team picture.

I did not complete check in.

The key would not open the first room I was given. I went back to the desk, and the manager came out with me to try the second room key. It also was unsuccessful. He immediately wrote on my receipt that I was entitled a full refund. I cannot comment on the room and its cleanliness, but the manager I dealt with was kind enough.

The tub wasn’t clean. There was a bunch of hair in it. They didn’t leave no toilet paper a little bit on a roll toenails on the floor, food and blood on the bedspread.

Privacy while in room

Hard to enter drive, refrigerator did not work in room floors buckled the faucet was ridiculous, very plain and way outdated water pressure was horrible and staff was rude, and never in office and ice machine was not working and it cost for ice that I didn’t receive parking was bad couldn’t even park by room to unload or load back up… checkout was 8am-1030am only we had to leave before 6am had to call at 8 to check out. This place is not worth the amount we paid.

The worst.

Room was in poor condition with poor amenities and unable to sit outside of room in chairs or on bench. Instructed to stay in and be in with doors closed by 10 pm. Hospitality was missing. Rude staff. Treated you like a criminal. If there had been another option I would have taken it.

Customer service could have been better. Accommodations could have been improved and the room could have at least not smelled like smoke since it was a no smoking facility.

the property had working heating/cooling, smoke free rooms, cozy little area

there was a cockroache, killed on site. there was a +50$ fee on top of the booking to get the room. I am waiting to make sure I get the refund for. (from what I understood it is a charge incase you break something, and would be refunded after) but so far I haven’t gotten it back yet

Room smelled like it had flooded/ mold. Short circuited plug right up against the bed and notified the 3 times and it was never addressed. The place is going to catch fire one day!!
