Lovely apartment with everything needed to enjoy our stay.

The location was easy to find with the directions given. Once inside the apartment was lovely. Spotless throughout and was equipped with everything to help you enjoy your stay. Was nice and quiet which was lovely for us.

Hereford Apartment - Great Location.

Fantastic central location with easy access to all the amenities. Large sized apartment with well appointed kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a lounge area. Easily liveable for a week or more. Warm and cosy as well, a great stay.

Only fault, and it is nit picking, the TV! A smart TV but only 5 channels , with one being BBC Scotland and the Parliament channel! Eventually managed to download i player to get something worthwhile to watch but a proper faff.

Stairs in the apartment weren't very steady and rail across the top. Seemed to be plastic and could easily break.

Spiral staircase is a nightmare if you need to come down in the middle of the night to go to the toilet. You have to come down backwards as it is incredibly narrow and doesn’t feel stable enough.

Clean comfortable well equipped living area near to town centre in future would choose ground floor.

The four flights of stairs to the front door and the narrow spiral staircase to the sleeping area. The need to negotiate the spiral staircase at night to use the toilet.

Couple of minor things need addressing 1 bathroom door lock not working 2 kitchen work area needs tiling as walls around sink and oven hob starting to look splashed but neither detracted from our stay which was great

The bedrooms are quite narrow with just enough room beside the bed to get by. 10:00 check-out. Poor communication. I e-mailed about the tele; no response. I e-mailed about a later check-out; no response. I rang; no response.

A lovely apartment with the wooden beams and an all clean kitchen!

The location was perfect for a quick walk to the cathedral for my son's graduation.

We opted for the 2 room accommodation but ended up with the one bedroom. This was not suitable, as my hubby snores very loudly! Also, he is always up 3 times in the night, which was not good with a creaky spiral staircase, which woke us up as well! The sofa needed hoovering under the cushions and the floor behind the loo and sink needed cleaning too. Otherwise it was all perfect!

It is a beautiful apartment in a brilliant location. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a stay

The only thing was the spiral staircase. It was ok for us but I do think it is very narrow and step It would limit older people from staying there and that is a pity as it is such a beautiful apartment

Very enjoyable stay

Quirky unusual location. Windows that opened very wide in the hot weather. We had a problem with fire alarm going off wrongly, but it was quickly dealt with by the owner. Excellent central location, very comfortable beds. You had to be fit to reach the mezzanine up the spiral staircase, but it was a lovely place to sleep

Parking could have been better organised with something like a season ticket available from the multi-storey, included in the price of room, rather than having to go out early each morning to get a new ticket. Otherwise, very little

I am from Hereford so know the area well and remember the Booth Hall hotel many years ago . I was attending my dad’s funeral and needed somewhere to stay . It was perfect and very comfortable. I will definitely return . Thank you .

Loved the place and the location, didn't like the sloping ceiling on the mezzanine.

Location, kitchen and living space very good. Clean and well stock with kitchen implements. Plenty of space downstairs.

The bed! comfortable enough but the sloping ceiling meant 2 people couldn't sleep in the same bed. Luckily there were 2. We were warned about the spiral staircase which I can see would cause problems for some people.

Perfect stay

Our stay couldn't have been better. Starting from the easy check-in, which the host allowed us to do slightly early, to the comodities, the comfort - and even the privacy, seeing as how we were a couple travelling with a friend, and the two rooms are set in opposite corners of the corridor, where the shared bathroom is. The living room/kitchen is cosy and complete. The flat is in a nice area, a short walking distance from both the train and coach station, with several places around for food and shopping.

We couldn't make the TV work, only YouTube and apps, but that was just a small inconvenience. For longer stays, it would be nice to have a second pair of keys in case the group had to split at some point.

Perfect location and great apartment

We were in apartment 6 which doesn’t look quite like the photos (two bedrooms on the same floor as the kitchen-lounge and not on a mezzanine level). The apartment was brilliant - everything we needed and good wifi. The location is exceptional. It’s in the centre of town but also very quiet. We parked on one of the nearby car parks that was recommended. I would definitely stay there again.

Really lovely.place to stay

The apartment is well.situated in the city centre about 15 minutes walk from the train station a 5.minute taxi drive. It was.clean and comfortable with everything a traveller would need,cooker,fridge,washing machine,iron and board etc towels and bedding all.provided and spotlessly clean. There is a call.out telephone number provided should anything go wrong.

The spiral staircase is a bit of a problem to get up to the mezzanine where the 2 double beds are situated no good for anyone disabled the apartment is not disabled friendly as its on the second floor and no lift. If going by car.i thi k parking would be a bit of a.problem and needs to be factored into the price. By the way if you are wanting to relax and watch television on an evening after a day's sightseeing good luck! The normal.stations you expect to be on 1 2 3 etc are not there we worked on launching the BBC Iplayer in order to get channel 1 for the news and as for itv news it was a nightmare as when it x was launched it was a hell.of a job to get the live TV launched in order to.watch the itv station!

Eventful!! But we did enjoy it

Location was excellent and it was clean and well equipped and comfortable. However we couldn’t find the information pack which was mentioned and had an issue with both the hot water and using the TV ( it required an Amazon account, which we don’t have). As there were no instructions we didn’t know if it was possible to access channels any other way( that said we were not too concerned but others might be). We couldn’t get the hot water warm enough for a shower but we did get information that told us about boosting it but even then it was at best tepid. To be fair the lady we rang did offer to send someone round but we decided that we wanted to go out rather than wait in. We managed and it was ok but again if people are staying for longer this might be an issue. The other thing that happened was that we left the bedroom windows open and came back to find a pigeon in the living room( we had left the bedroom doors open!!!) Obviously we would advise others not to leave the windows open wide enough for this to happen( especially if they have a phobia !)
