Our room was incredible, beautiful views and the private Onsen bath was pure magic!
The hotel overall is great, easy check in where the person was so helpful, making sure we knew where everything was.
Dinner was buffet, we really enjoyed it, was nice to choose what we wanted. Breakfast was also buffet and the croissants were delicious (they had Japanese and Western options).
It is a little far from the station, we walked it and phased some huge steps! Haha

The room we booked here was our favorite one out of our entire Japan trip (5 hotels total). It was extremely spacious and a great value for what we paid. It was clean and had a very great view of the river. The employee that we interacted with was extremely professional and helpful to us.
Parking is a bit confusing, we originally parked in the wrong place. No wifi in rooms. Private onsen is quite a walk from hotel, which is unpleasant when it is cold/rainy.

The view from the room was beautiful, and the onsen was open to people with tattoos. The room and facilities were very clean.
It was a hotel that has passed it's prime. The room had a slight musky/moldy smell to it. There was no wi-fi available in the rooms, only in some cabins down in the lobby. Between the hours of 12 pm and 3 pm there is nobody in the lobby to help you. I arrived early and had to sit in the empty lobby until 3 pm to check in, which I understand they don't have early check in but there wasn't anyone there to even tell me if I was in the right place.
