In general we liked our time. Expectations and reality are the same - great.

The location of the apartment is great. It is close to the beach and restaurants. Parching is available 24/7. The staff at Nadija apartment and cafe is nice and polite. We had to options where we could have breakfast: 1) Nadija cafe which is close to apartment: personal is nice and you can choose from different morning sets. 2) Coco cafe which is on the beach: you can stay near sea, but personal is not very responsible and you have fixed menu.

Very good

Very kind host. Ready to solve a little misunderstanding we had at my arrival. Breakfast was nicely served at a Coffee house one block from the apartment belonging to the same person. Very clean any newly made. Worth a stay!

It was stated “Beach Front@, which is not true. The beach is two blocks away, not far though, but not in front.

People working at Nadija Apartmani and restaurant where we had a breakfast were so polite and welcoming...breakfast is very good, also location if you want to go the beach. They have completely new studio- comfy bed and nice clean brend new bathroom.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber von den Leistungen her könnten sie sich etwas mehr anstrengen!

Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Die Reinigung könnte besser sein. Nach Ankunft habe ich das WC gleich einmal selbst geputzt, genauso den Duschschlauch, dieser war voller schwarzen Schmutzablagerungen. Im Eingangsbereich hat mir eine Art Gaderobe gefehlt. Es gab nur einen kleinen Mülleimer und das Zimmer wurde die ganze Woche nie geputzt bzw. der Müll entsorgt. Handtücher wurden auch die ganze Woche nicht gewechselt.

Prinzipell sauber würde ich ansonsten jedoch nicht mehr buchen

Sauberkeit, gute Lage

Die Dusche ist ausgelaufen, das Loch in der Wand im Bad, die losen Steckdosen, die kleine Frühstücksauswahl, keine bis wage Beschreibung zur Unterkunft fürs Einchecken, der Balkon ohne Privatsphäre und unaufgeräumten Schuppen/Müll im Hintergrund, keinen fixen oder garantierten Parkplatz

Schönes appartement

Das appartement ist neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Alles funktioniert. Für 3 Personen perfekt. Schönes Doppelzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit grosser Schlafcouch.

Direkte Lage an der strasse (wenn man das Fenster offen hat, ist es halt laut) Kleine frühstücksauswahl

Väldigt tillmötesgående vid ankomst och genom hela resan. Värdarna hjälper gärna till. Bra frukost vid deras café 50 meter från boendet. Fantastiskt läge med 2 minuter gång till stranden.

Odličen zajtrk, dobiš zraven še kak crossaint ali žemljo brez doplačila, trudijo se in napredujejo. blizu plaže in dobre povezave z taxikolesom in vlakcem. lepe plaže z vsem kar rabiš in želiš (vodni adrenalinski športi), prijazno osebje v restavracijah. Čedalje manj Balkanizmov.

parkirišča draga. Imel sem slabo izkušnjo s polnjenjem avtomobila na Gradskem parkirališču. za celodnevno parkiranje in polnjenje avtomobila (53kWh) sem plačal 114 €. Sedaj z upravljalcem USLUGA Poreč urejamo zadevo.

Der Urlaub war erholsam.

Die Lage war sehr gut; man ist mit ein paar Schritten beim Meer und bei der Bimmelbahn und beim Frühstück im Café Nadija. Obwohl die Hauptstraße am Apartment vorbei geht ist die Lärmbelästigung gering, was wahrscheinlich damit zu tun hat, dass eine Klimaanlage am Zimmer ist und dadurch die Fenster geschlossen bleiben können.

Super ! Vredno tega denarja že zaradi prijaznosti in uslužnosti gostiteljev Še se bomo vrnili !!!

Dober zajtrk, prijazni gostitelji, App se nahaja na glavni ulici nedaleč od morja. Trgovine in restavracije so v neposredni bližini. Priporočamo parom in družinam.

Mogoče človeka malo zmoti zunanji izgled hiše ( star objekt) in urejenost dvorišča, a ko vstopiš si navdušen
