The location was really nice.. the unit was nice as well

The parking situation was not the best but it worked out. The entrance to the building was stated to have two but your only able to enter through one. Little amenities were shy one roll of tissue no paper towel for the kitchen no hot water for the sinks but shower was fine. Will do it again if had too

Excellent location across the street from Balboa Park, close to downtown, close to the I-5. Large studio with full kitchen, very clean, excellent AC (complicated controls, ask for help if needed). Office on site from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., very friendly and helpful staff. A couple of restaurants within walking distance including the Balboa grill with great burgers. Easy access to the rooms via the underground garage strongly recommended for $20 per night ... arrange it before you go so that you have the garage door code.

In the airport flight path. The management provides earplugs. I brought my own, had no trouble sleeping. Multiple access codes to keep track of, but it wasn't really a problem. The instructions said that my first floor room was accessible from 6th Street, which isn't true because they've removed the locks ... hopefully they'll change the instructions. The patio door locks automatically and so it's possible to get trapped there (they didn't give me a code for the patio door). It's possible to disable the automatic lock ... ask them how, or just prop the door open.

Clean and nice place.

It’s right under a flight pattern for landing planes. Very loud. Also lots of sound bleed from neighboring apartments. Parking not provided.
