Everything was clean and tidy. And the yard is an ideal place for relaxation and beautiful photos. The owner of the house, Carlos, kindly offered to help with any questions. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Great Weekend in Hollywood

The back yard is awesome. Lots to do if you want to or just a great place to relax! My family really enjoyed the yard games and hammocks! Carlos was an very attentive host and had good communication all the way through our stay. He was also helpful with suggestions when asked. All the sand chairs/umbrellas and cooler came in very handy. It's stocked with what you need including a nice place to BBQ. We all highly recommend this place and will be sure to return when we are down in the area!

Great backyard!

Loved this house, Carlos was amazing to work with! The backyard was absolutely what we needed after our cruise! The hammocks and porch were perfect for us to decompress. The kids played cornhole and mini golf, and we loved all the lights at night.The bedrooms were as he described. We really didn't go indoors otherthann to slepp, the backyard was just relaxing! The kitchen was fully stocked and had great amenities. We will definitely be back here again! Carlos met us at the property and even gave us a great Mexican restraunt referral for dinner.

There is a telephone pole at the end of the driveway that you have to be careful of!

The backyard was a dream for our family. This getaway was just what we needed. Was awesome to get away from the hustle and bustle. The host, Carlos was one in a million. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway then BOOK NOW!

This home was everything my family and I wanted plus some. Not only did they have EVERYTHING that we needed, the place was also clean and spotless. considering how expensive it is to stay in Miami, you cannot beat the price of this place as well. we arrived in Hollywood a little early and were able to check in before the original check in time which was sooo nice. i also love that they made it affordable for those looking for an escape. the best part of this house is definitely the backyard! we didn’t even want to leave the house that much because the backyard in itself was a tropical oasis that was sooo peaceful. They have multiple hammocks, games to play in the backyard like mini golf, a TV with streaming options, a nice grill and bar area to cook and entertain, bikes and so much more. we grilled out one night and didn’t have to worry about buying anything but the food. they had it ALL. this was hands down my favorite home I’ve stayed in on vacation. we were a few minutes from restaurants, a liquor store, and 10 minutes from the beach. We never saw the neighbors, you would think that you were the only one on the block. i also love that the host was accommodating, responsive and trustworthy with their property.. there’s nothing worse than a host that is overbearing and nosey and this host was FAR from that. i give this place 10/10 stars and would stay 100 times again. can’t wait to bring my family back!

The backyard is amazing! The house was equipped with everything we needed and forgot! I highly recommend. I had a group of girls and it was accommodating for them all. The location is also a plus. Very quiet neighborhood.

Ein sehr gemütliches Haus mit einer bombastischen Terrasse

Das Haus selbst ist nicht groß, aber völlig ausreichend für 4. Es ist gemütlich und komfortabel. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, auch mit Kinderbesteck und -geschirr. Es gab sogar Gewürze und Bratfett, so dass wir es nicht extra kaufen müssten. Komischerweise gab es nur 3 Stühle am Küchentisch, so dass einer sich mit einem Hocker begnügen musste. Im Abstellraum gab es sonst viel Nützliches: Waschmaschine mit Trockner (auch Waschmittel), Staubsauger, alles für den Strand, Sandspielzeug, sogar Mückenspray und Sonnencreme - wirklich sehr großzügig. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, man wohnt also ganz authentisch unter Einheimischen. Man hört keinen Lärm, Vögel zwitschern - herrlich. Von den Nachbarn hört man auch nichts, nur wie sie mit Autos weg- oder vorfahren. Der Star der Unterkunft ist aber die Terrasse! Sie und der Garten sind so groß, dass man da locker mit 20 Leuten einen Gartenfest feiern könnte. Man kann draußen auf dem Sofa oder in einer der vielen Hängematten chillen, fernsehen, essen, grillen, auf einem runden Bett in der hinteren Ecke liegen, Gewichte stemmen und sogar (so was wie) Golf spielen. Der Garten ist sehr gemütlich gestaltet und gepflegt, wie auch die ganze Einrichtung. Internet über WiFi hat im ganzen Haus und bis in die hinterste Ecke des Gartens tadellos funktioniert. In 10 Minuten zum Strand haben wir es allerdings nicht ganz geschafft. Gemeint ist natürlich mit dem Auto, zu Fuß wird man wohl eine Stunde brauchen. Man muss auch daran denken, dass es am Strand keine kostenlosen Parkplätze gibt. Sie sind sogar Recht teuer mit 4-6$ pro Stunde. Carlos, der Hausbesitzer, hat uns das Parkhaus des Hotels Margaritaville empfohlen, was sehr praktisch war. Nach Downtown Miami braucht man mindestens eine halbe Stunde, bei Verkehr (und er ist immer ziemlich intensiv) gerne mehr. Aber Hollywood ist auch recht ansehnlich. Insgesamt war es ein sehr erfreulicher Aufenthalt. Wir waren sehr gerne dort.

Etwas merkwürdig platzierte Lichtschalter, schlecht funktionierender Boiler (Carlos hat versprochen sich darum zu kümmern), fehlender Geschirrspüler (völlig unverständlich angesichts der sonst großzügigen Ausstattung) und Mosquitos, die uns gleich am ersten Abend unbemerkt völlig zerstochen haben. Also immer brav einsprühen, bevor man rausgeht!
