Except location is not good, just OK

Location and parking

Sofas were in very bad condition, when you sit you feel the spring, or frame. it was impossible for some one to sit or sleep on them. there were some cockroaches inside the cabinet in the kitchen. Even though l cleaned them on the first day, we saw a couple of more after 3 days. In addition, there is a new building coming up in front of the property which it makes the sleeping impossible after 7:00 am. lt was very annoying of getting up with construction noise on your holiday, on Christmas day included. l wish we got informed about this new building construction, not kept secret. we stayed 8 nights, and we tried to cook very simple stuff but the pots and pans were in bad shape, scared to use all scratched non stick items.

Expensive for nothing

The entire house needs to pe refurbished!!! Broken beds and sofa, mold and cockroaches. Arrived and left but still got charged for 2 days. Highly dissapointed with everything. The location and Booking. You cant advertive for something that does not look like in the pictures anymore and not give the money back. Don t pay in advance for nothing!

We have been here to watch Miami Open and super easy location and access to room.

Great Location and proximity to Beaches and Hard Rock Stadium and Casinos and restaurants. Clean house

Not enough mats in bathroom, kitchen floor slippery and Beds are not very comfortable and small insects roaming around.
