Beautiful location right next to the beach with a beautiful „sunset“ view. Spacious and well equipped.

Trash needs to be discarded quite a way of at some camping grounds trash can, which honestly felt kinda shady. Ocean smells are not only pleasent. They varied from neutral to disgusting. Not sure what exactly caused it, might be decaying kelp. This is obviously not the fault of the host, but something to be aware of.

Excellent house, lovely accommodations, flies and garbage procedure soured experience slightly.

Beautiful modern house, recently renovated, very clean and comfortable. Fantastic location if the weather is nice, and it was extremely windy so we didn't get to experience it so much. Spacious bedrooms, nice linens, the extra half bathroom is nice to have.

Flies throughout the house, when I called the host about it they said no problem, steps, and pathway not shoveled, driveway not plowed with snow drifts even with plenty of time for the storm to clear. Entry door requires a good amount of leverage to open, only one frying pan. Host expected us to drive somewhere to deliver the garbage to a different location after our stay, which we could not find.

Nice stay in a good property.

Functional property with an excellent lie near the beach. Very cozy living room, has a homely athmosphere. The wood stove is a true asset. Offers everything to make you feel at home. Internet works perfectly. We got to see the Northern Lights.

No hand rail on veranda stairs, becomes a safety hazard in slippery conditions (e.g. rain freezes over). Common trash bins were overflowing. Bath-washing room would benefit from a dehumidifier. Property description was confusing to me, mentioning a cleaning fee, however, it is expected to self-clean the property before departure.

Cleanliness, facilities and view from the patio/kitchen.

It would be nice to find the bed ready and not to ask the guest to make it by themselves. Good to ask not to leave the house messy but asking to remove bed sheets, start washing machine program is a bit demanding for travelers.

House is directly at the beach. Great view from Kitchen and upper Bathroom.

It was extremely cold when we visited in Winter. We had two infants 1 and 3 year old. Two of the three bedrooms don’t have a heater. There was a fire oven but no wood. It tool around 24 hours to get the main room to an acceptable temperature while bathroom remaining chilly. TV Receiver and Apple TV both where missing HDMI Cable so not possible. No answer from owner to my mail. Extremely noisy in windy conditions. There are plenty of better options in Lofoten for that price

Wunderschöner Winterurlaub in Eggum

Bestens ausgestattetes, gemütliches Haus in wunderschöner Lage. Es ist die perfekte Basis, um die Lofoten zu erkunden. Bequeme Betten, ruhige Lage an einem malerischen Strand, Küche mit allem, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Uns hat es sehr, sehr gut gefallen.

Es war alles super. Im Winter sollte man sich bewusst machen, dass viel Schnee und starker Wind auftreten können, man sollte also fit genug sein, um (viel) Schnee zu schippen. Schneeschaufel ist am Haus vorhanden. Auf der Hauptstraße fährt der Schneepflug, aber die Zufahrt zum Haus wird nicht geräumt. Das gehört in so einer Region eben dazu.

Magische plek in een fantastisch omgeving

Fantastisch mooi uitzicht. Een heerlijk ruim huis met een lekker douche! Wel rekening houden met de boiler maar met 4 personen haalden we dat makkelijk. We hebben ook genoten van het open haard op regenachtige dagen. Verhuurders reageren snel op alle vragen en zijn heel behulpzaam. Wij komen zeker terug🤩!

Je moet er rekening mee houden dat je zelf alles mee neemt voor koffie (filter) en/of thee. Ook peper en zout.

Superschönes Haus mit grandiosem Blick

Ein wunderbares Haus mit sensationellem Blick auf die Mitternachtssonne und auf das Nordmeer. Der weiße Strand direkt vor dem Haus ist so schön, auch zum Baden. Das Haus hat alles, was gebraucht wird. Wir würden es aber für max. 4 Personen empfehlen, auch wenn es 3 Schlafzimmer sind. Wir haben uns überaus wohl gefühlt, die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und die Betten sehr bequem. Wenn der Wind ums Haus pfeift, fanden wir es sogar sehr schön (andere Bewertungen fanden das störend???). Wir kommen wieder, da der Blick, die schöne Eggum-Gegend und das Haus einfach genial sind. Ein Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit diesem Blick ist einfach Balsam für die Seele! Ach ja, ein Föhn ist nun auch vorhanden... Danke für das für die Lofoten noch bezahlbare Haus!

Die Mūllentsorgung ist etwas schwierig. Wir haben wie vorgesehen die ganze Zeit getrennt, aber auf dem Müllplatz, wo der Müll selbst hingebracht werden muss, gibt es nur Container für Restmüll und Glas- eine Info des Vermieters über den Müll wäre vorher gut, nicht erst zum Schluss. Nirgends gab es die Möglichkeit, den anderen Müll (Papier, Verpackung und Bioabfall) zu entsorgen. Schön wäre, wenn der Ofen im Wohnzimmer geleert übergeben wird, wir hatten noch von den Vormietern vollen Grill und Ofen und haben den Grill selbst sauber machen müssen und den Ofen dann gar nicht benutzt. Es wäre gut, die Pfanne auszuwechseln (Beschichtung ist defekt) und der Kochtopf für 4 ist viel zu klein. Aber das sind nur kleine Kritiken, alles andere ist wirklich wunderbar und es gibt eine perfekte Ausstattung!!!

Un coucher de soleil inoubliable

L’emplacement est idéal, au bord de l’eau et face au coucher du soleil. La maison est fonctionnelle et confortable, elle correspond à la description. La route qui y mène superbe et le lieu très reposant.

Ce n’est pas une critique mais c’est une zone très ventée et la nuit à l’étage pourrait ne pas être de tout repose pour tout le monde.
