Anfänglich wollte man uns eine Kabine zuteilen, die total vereiste Stufen und einen kalten Innenraum sowie eine andere Zimmeraufteilung aufwiesen. Nach unserer hartneckigen Reklamation und Beständigkeit bekamen wir eine sehr komfortable warme Hütte und als Wiedergutmachung einen Frühstückgutschein für uns Zwei. Sehr bemühte, rasche und gute Problemlösung des anwesenden Personals. Diese Kabine hatte waterfront, was nicht bei allen Kabinen gegeben ist. Diese Kabine war sehr toll und wäre normalerweise sicher wesentlich teurer.
Aus den Beschreibungen der Booking.com Seiten geht nicht hervor, dass es durchwegs unterschiedliche Kabinen gibt, solche in der zweiten Reihe und solche an der Waterfront. Auch die Zimmereinteilung ist höchst unterschiedlich. Auch der Zustand ist unterschiedlich, von durchwegs neuen Hütten bis solche, die ziemlich abgewohnt sind.

Struttura comoda e con panorama suggestivo, bella spaziosa e con diverse camere e posti letto!
Struttura non riscaldata benissimo, considerando che a gennaio fuori faceva davvero tanto freddo in casa sarebbe servito qualche grado in più.

les lits sont trop petits, une partie de la cuisine n'était pas utilisable (coupure électrique)
le four micro-onde est rouillé, le mur de la cuisine sale des projections de cuisson. le ménage était sommaire
