We liked the location, but next time I would get a bigger apartment with permission to control the heating.

It was clean and well located. Plenty of crockery and kitchen stuff.

The main thing was the heating. it was 2 deg C outside and the floor and walls were cold, and draughts. There were no instructions how to modify the heating, in fact it said you would get a bill if you increased the heating. However we could not modify the heating because there was a PIN. So we kept our sweaters on in the apartment. There were messages such as don’t do this, don’t do that, so we didn’t feel particularly welcome.

L’ensemble est bine pour 2 à 4 jours pour deux voir 3 personnes avec animal de compagnie.

Malheureusement, Une odeur de cigarette était en continue présente et cela sentait tellement fort qu’on se réveillait la nuit… L’évacuation d’eau de la douche était remplie de cheveux etc… du coup la douche débordait après 2 min. (Samedi matin / soir et dimanche matin ) Nous avons pris contact avec le responsable de location qui a dit , intervenir dimanche ou lundi…(nous sommes arrivés vendredi soir et repartis dimanche vers 12h )

Mooi ingericht appartement

Allegaartje van handdoeken en bedlinnen die niet pasten met het donsdeken. Waarom deze niet standaard integreren in de basisprijs? Mattasbeschermen was vies. Veel nachtlawaai van bovenburen en lopend water. Zetel om naar tv te kijken zou meer confortabel zijn ipv 2 stoelen. Lange wachttijd om waarborg terug te krijgen

We hebben genoten van een fijne midweek aan zee, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Dank je wel hosts.

Het appartement was super leuk ingericht zoals je het op de foto’s ziet is het ook echt. Het stapelbed was voor onze dochter een super plus want zij mocht bovenin en ze moest niet alleen op een kamer slapen. Ook met ons hondje was de binnenkoer een super pluspunt. Alles was fijn voorzien in het appartement de parking was net om het hoekje, alles heel fijn geregeld door de host, waarvoor een welgemeende dank je wel we hebben er echt van genoten.

Als ik dan wat negatiefs zou moeten geven was het de matras op zich, thuis hebben we een heel malse matras en een extra lang bed, dat was nu wat aan de harde kant, maar van al het stappen hebben we toch als een blok geslapen.

Gut ausgestattet Ferienwohnung in der Nähe zum Meer.

Unkomplizierter Check In. Die Schlüssel lagen in einem Schlüsseltresor. Das Apartement war sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Tiefgarage (gegen Gebühr) im Nachbargebäude war sehr gut.

Anscheinend haben die Vermieter schon viele schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht, daher wurde man geflutet mit Verboten und evtl. Strafen. Man hat schon richtig Angst etwas falsch zu machen. Das finde ich sehr schade, da sonst alles gepasst hat.

Aangenaam verblijf

Appartement lag kort ( via wandelafstand ) op de winkelstraat de lippenslaan waar alle winkels restaurants en bistro liggen . Ook is er kort nabij het appartement een warme bakker , zeer handig .

Bruyant inconfortable

Beaucoup de bruits et comme pas de limier extérieur si on laisse ouvert le patio on entend tout dehors Une bande de jeunes qui a fait la fête toute la nuit jusqu’à 5h du matin !! Très sombre

Sympa mais on a eu froid

Très sympa bien situé belle expérience adresse à retenir . Le seul petit bémol la protection du matelas serait à changer car plus très clean et il y avait des traces de verres toutes collantes sur la tablette du lit que j’ai bien évidemment nettoyer. Sinon notre séjour chez vous a été parfait j’ai beaucoup aimé le mobilier jusque j’aurais préféré un canapé que c’est chaise individuelle. Mais cet un détail .

Goed, moderne, praktisch, goede locatie

Leuk: het was moderne en praktisch ingedeeld, alles was er. Incheck:handig met sleutelwoorden, handig dat je u vuil, pmd, glas proper weg kon bergen in de blok zelf. Minpunt: je kon niet naar buiten kijken had een binnenkoertje dat was de licht inval wat je niet kan zien op de foto’s gelijkvloers lag achterin. Kapstokje in de badkamer en een canapé is ook beter dan 2 stoelen voor naar de tv te zien.

We hebben het goed gehad. Het was een mooi appartement met alle voorzieningen.

De locatie lag prima, kortbij de winkelstraat, kortbij het station, kortbij het strand, een bakker op 10m vandaan, je kon op het einde van de straat ook fietsen huren, indien je met huisdieren gaat is er ook aan park op 5/7min wandelen.

Jammer dat er geen zeteltje stond maat enkel zitstoelen. Een haakje aan de binnenkant van de keukenkast voor een handdoekje zou handig zijn. Op de badkamer een of meerdere stangen aan de wand voor je handdoeken zou ook handig zijn.

Een aanrader owv de positieve kanten van de studio. Ik zou volgende keer gaan voor een van de studio’s op de hoger geleg

Goede ligging Nieuw, mooie materialen en afwerking; praktische inrichting, knap gedaan voor die oppervlakte. Alle comfort en materiaal aanwezig in de studio. Groot schuifraam waardoor er kan verlucht worden. Duidelijke instructies, bereikbaarheid van de eigenaars, kans om een overdekte standplaats voor de auto te huren vlakbij.

Te weinig licht waardoor we een ingesloten gevoel hadden. Doordat de studio op gelijkvloers gelegen is wordt de voorkant van het gebouw ingenomen door de inkomhal waardoor er geen lichtinval is langs voor. De achterkant is een koertje dat volledig ingesloten is door muren van 2 verdiepen hoog. Zou fijn geweest zijn als dat zou vermeld worden of beter zichtbaar zou zijn op de foto’s. Heel proper, enkel badlinnen mogen frisser zijn. Zowel bad- als bedlinnen waren een allegaartje van combinaties. Het zou beter bij de rest van de accommodatie passen wanneer hier meer zorg zou voor zijn.

Leuk! Enkel jammer dat er geen zetel is om bv. tv te kijken of even te rusten bij slecht weer.
