Perfect stay for a solo traveler

Host Sonia welcomed me with many helpful information around, f.e. Zwin park and other tips I did not have in my mind. Very close to the beach and nice food spots like Bob bakery. The place itself is very clean and exactly like in the picture. I slept in the twinroom which was a pleasure. Exceptional pricing for Knokke-Heist as well. Highly recommend this gem where you really calm down.

Great affordable stay! Rooms are lovely and the place is in a nice quiet location. Very easy access to the train station, only 15m away from Bruges and just under an hour from Ghent.

I loved all the attention, the facility, the location, everything, it was super clean, lovely owner, she did the best to make our steady nice and comfortable. Loved the beds soooo comfy, love everything about it. A Very very nice host, we are very happy and we will probably comeback soon.

The toilet was a bit far… but that’s it, for the rest it was all perfect.

Very nice

Very warm welcome, received a map of Knokke with detailed explanations what to do and where to go in the area. The whole place is impeccably clean, the room has everything you could need, including the fridge and the sink. Very close to the beach, several supermarkets in the neighborhood. Very quiet area, fantastic sleep quality. Kettle, microwave and cutlery put at the guests' disposal. Excellent value for money.

Sonia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Kommunikation sehr schnell und informativ. Mein Zimmer und alle Gemeinschaftsräume waren sehr sauber und gut durchdacht ausgestattet. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Strandnähe war toll.

De rust gevonden die ik zocht

Vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Rustige kamer in een rustige omgeving. Mooi en heel net interieur met zeer degelijke meubelen. Verduisterende gordijnen zowel aan het raam als de deur. Meer faciliteiten dan ik had verwacht: super blij met het bestek, borden etc op de kamer. Mooie gemeenschappelijke ruimte met extra tv, microgolf en oventje. En zelfs een mooie plek met speelgoed voor kinderen. Dichtbij strand, winkels, warenhuizen, tram- en treinhalte, en een park met veel bankjes.

Smalle (ongemakkelijke) trap naar de gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Voor de veiligheid van kleine kinderen zou ik een poortje plaatsen bovenaan die trap. Kleine koelkast die constant geluid maakte. Deze bleek stuk te zijn, met alle gevolgen van dien. Er werd snel een andere geplaatst, maar die maakte evengoed constant geluid. Sonia streeft naar perfectie, wat op zich bewonderenswaardig is, maar mijn inziens niet haalbaar. Want wat voor de één een positief punt is, is voor de ander een negatief punt. De dagelijkse schoonmaak vind ik onnodig en voelt bovendien wat onvrij voor mij (ik wil niet elke dag bezig zijn met: straks staat hier iemand in mijn kamer).

Excellent rapport qualité/prix, hôtesse avenante

La chambre était très confortable, le logement correspondait exactement à la description. J'ai eu de la chance d'être venue hors saison et en semaine, et j'étais la seule cliente les 2 nuits où je suis restée : c'était donc très calme ! Sonia est arrangeante et très sympathique, elle m'a donné plein d'informations quand je suis arrivée. C'est très proche de la plage, et le rapport qualité/prix est excellent, surtout au vue des prix de la région.

J'aurai aimé que les serviettes/drap de bain soient fournies, mais après avoir discuté avec Sonia je comprends pourquoi elle n'en laisse plus à disposition.

Me-time und Akkus aufgeladen

Ich bin aus einem sehr herausfordernden Alltag in 3 Tage ME-TIME geflohen und konnte meine Akkus wunderbar aufladen. Das Konzept des Hauses gefällt mir großartig und die Betreiberin Sonia war TOTAL NETT

Heel aangenaam verblijf, veel beter dan verwacht.

Ondanks het feit dat de zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame uitbaatster zelf geen kinderen heeft, is het een heel kindvriendelijke accommodatie met zelfs aangepaste bedtextiel voor jongens / meisjes. Een speelruimte voor kindjes naast de gemeenschappelijke ruimte is ideaal om zelf rustig te kunnen eten 👌

Enige minpuntje voor ons was geen eigen toilet op de kamer maar uiteindelijk zijn er wel 2 toiletten voor 3 kamers dus op zich eigenlijk geen probleem. Er is wel nog een appartementje te huur dat wel beschikt over een eigen toilet.

Die Lage war super. Nur 3 Gehminuten zum Strand und Lidl etc. ums Eck. Alles da was man braucht, wenn man keinen großen schnick schnack sucht.
