The house is located within 10 minutes drive from Nea Peramos and Ammolofoi beach. The house feels like home, is clean, cosy and beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well equipped. It has 3 large bedrooms, each with large closets, TV, AC and confortable beds. One of the bedrooms has a dressing and a private bathroom. The main bathroom is very spacious and bright. The garden is beautiful, shady and has a huge olive tree. The owner is friendly and helpful.

This is the perfect house for vacation. Very spacious, fully equipped, cozy, stylish. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, very clean, well furnished and with great energy. The hosts were perfect also, making us feel respected and welcome.

Great location, huge parking space, close to Nea Peramos but much more quite and small village. The villa has everything you might need during a vacation. Very friendly host! Always available and quickly responding! Also there is a store near the villa.
