Чудовий готель з неймовірно смачною кухнею, величезним вибором десертів, ідеальним пляжним баром та професійним персоналом. Широкий пісчаний пляж, пологий захід в море, завжди є вільні шезлонги як на пляжі так і біля басейну. Бармену в лоббі барі окрема подяка)

Our stay was very pleasant overall. Room cleanliness was excellent and the housekeeping lady was very attentive and did a great job every day. The food was very tasty although not very diverse,with limited options to choose from. The best part of this hotel is definitely the beach and the beach bar. The beach has fine sand,a smooth intrance into the sea and very clean water.

What we did not like was that this hotel is not truly ultra all inclusive. Only local drinks were included and the quality was quite poor. The minibar was fully stocked only on arrival with soft drinks, water and beer. From the next day, it was refilled only with water and one can of soda per person. Coffee was also a downside, as it was mostly available only from vending machines. The only place where you could get a really good coffee was the lobby bar.

Very good property. The family rooms were very good for our needs of a family of 6. The WiFi was exceptionally good.

The food was very bad. Cold and not authentic. The bbq outside the sultan restaurant was awful. Was dirty and most times unmanned. One day I saw a wondering cat in the area of the food and there was no one supervising the food. Most of the bar people couldn’t make decent cocktails.
