Villa Nefeli Ksamil

The host is amazing, super attentive and nice. The property is in an amazing location, 5 minutes walk into the busy area of town where you can find everything. Really great hangout areas through the villa and pool.

The host was incredible!! Super attentive and really kind. The breakfast she made every day was absolutely delicious, too. The property itself is in a perfect spot, just a few minutes walk from the beaches and the busy part of town and where you can find everything you need. Plus, there are some great spaces to just hang out around the villa and the pool.

The villa was very, very clean and the bathrooms were very comfortable and we had everything that we needed. The location was exceptional. It was easy to walk to the main street where all of the restaurants were bars and everything. It was very very the host was amazing. She cooked us breakfast every morning, which was exceptional. It was so amazing. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this villa.

There was nothing to dislike about the property. It was well located. It was super comfortable. It was clean. The host was great. Everything was literally perfect.

The property is 2 separate apartments upstairs/downstairs. The top floor has 3 beds and 3 bath, the bottom floor has 2 beds and 1 bath. It was a spacious layout with lots of room (particularly upstairs). The pool area is lovely and the property is very central and easy to walk to from all the main locations in Ksamil. We also took the bus to Butrint from right out the front, which was super easy. Although it's on the main road, a big gate keeps the property safe and it is very quiet inside, you can't hear the traffic. The host Marsida is wonderful - she met us at the property with the keys (early check in was great!) and her breakfasts are fantastic. She is so lovely and accommodating / helpful.

The only constructive comment we have was that we found there was too much food each morning, I think this will really depend on individual appetites but as a group of mostly women, we just couldn't get through the amount of food served and we dislike food waste!

Vi gillade allt med detta boende!! Vi hyrde hela huset för oss själva så vi hade båda våningarna, det var helt perfekt med ett stort sällskap på 9 som vi var. Super trevlig värdinna, som hade stort sinne för service och tog väl hand om sina kunder! god frukost varje morgon som dom dukade upp åt oss efter våra önskemål. Helt fantastisk pool som rengjordes varje dag. Vi hade problem med en toa en kväll och dagen efter fick vi det fixat direkt, inga problem! Vi kunde ha kontakt under tiden med whats Up vilket var fantastiskt. Vi fick tips på restauranger, stränder och aktiviteter. Nära in till centrum och havet. Det tog ca 3 minuter gång ner för backen till närmsta restaurang och ca 10 minuter promenad till havet, helt perfekt. Det ligger lite längre upp i backen och gör att de är en lätt bris emellanåt vilket var så skönt när det var super varmt ute. Rekommenderar starkt om man vill ha ett boende för sig själv i ett större sällskap!
