Stay U-nique Apartments Parlament

A localização é muito boa. Tem estação de metrô e ônibus próximos. O apartamento é limpo, climatizado e com uma cozinha bem completa.

Un ponto de melhoria seria algum acessório no banheiro para pendurar itens usados no banho. E a porta do banheiro não tinha trava. Pra nós nao foi um problema por sermos família mas poderia ser ajustado.

Our welcome from Lucas Badini was a delight. We arrived late on the train, but he was at the door to greet us and help us up the stairs with our bags. The apartment is said to be on the first floor, but there are two flights of stairs. The second flight also has a small elevator. The apartment is fine. The bedrooms were comfortable and have windows onto the rear if the building. The living room only has artificial light. We were out and about most of the time so this was okay. We were very happy to find a supermarket next door to the left and a lovely tapas/pinchos bar Anardi to the right. There are two metro stations nearby, the Mercat de Sant Antoni, and you're a short walk into the old centre and the Gothic Quarter.

Nothing really to report except Stay Unique will keep sending you information that - if you are older travellers like us - you might find annoying. I struggled with the on-line check-in and got nagged by email for not fully completing it. Luckily Lucas was very patient and completed it for me when we arrived. The lack of daylight bothered my husband by the end, and the fact that we could not lock the bedroom windows. We left the shutters down instead.

The staff was very friendly. They accommodated our request for a late check-out until 7:30 PM for an additional fee of 50 euros, so we had the apartment for the whole day. They were very kind.”

The apartment is missing smaller pots; there are only large ones, and for us from the Balkan countries, a coffee pot (džezva) is missing. On the bed in the bedroom, the slats on one side are missing, so that side was sinking in. Everything else is fine. Dishwashing detergent would be appreciated so that we don't have to use the dishwasher for every small thing.
