Cora made check-in great. The kitchen had everything I needed, including a great coffee maker. Apartment is in a quiet residential area with bodegas, markets, bakeries, and parks, and a lot of buses. The area is walkable and pleasant. Flat gets lots of light and offers a nice view of the city.
Just want to mention a few things that might be a concern to others. The management company asks for a specific time to meet the host for the key and says they will charge a fee if late. I was coming in on a cruise and you just don't know when you'll get off the ship. The company requires a E300 mostly-refundable deposit, so just keep that in mind. The stairway getting to the flat (one straight flight up a narrow set of stairs with an odd entryway) is possibly difficult for some travelers with large suitcases and mobility issues. That said, I'd stay here again!
