This magnificent and unique apartment is a penthouse from which you can take in the entire city of Barcelona—a vantage point where you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset.

Furthermore, it is located next to the city’s “green lung,” surrounded by parks such as Parc de les Aigües, Parc del Guinardó, and the magnificent Parc Güell designed by Gaudí.

You’ll love the apartment—it’s cozy, beautiful, recently renovated, spacious, quiet, and faces outward, offering plenty of natural light and incredible views from every room. Plus, you can enjoy the terrace with views stretching from Montjuïc to Tibidabo.

All three BEDROOMS are very cozy and comfortable (memory foam mattresses). There are two single beds and one double bed with direct access to the terrace. All of them have great views of the city, allowing you to wake up to the sunrise or fall asleep as the sun sets.
Amenities and common areas
The KITCHEN is fully equipped with everything you might need: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. And with views of the sea!

The DINING ROOM is spacious and bright. It’s designed for you to relax while watching the 55" high-definition TV or working in a study area we’ve carefully set up. It comes with a high-speed fiber-optic internet connection.

For your comfort, the apartment has HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING.
Other things to keep in mind
The rental price includes bed linens and towels. Optionally, you can arrange for periodic or one-time cleaning services.

UTILITIES. The rental price includes Wi-Fi. Regarding gas, electricity, and water, there is a monthly limit of 120€. At the end of the rental period, any potential difference will be adjusted accordingly.
