雖然沒有附早餐，但此住宿地點位置超好，出來就有連鎖早餐店，附近都有美食熱點，非常方便! 而且民宿老闆超熱心，可以跟你分享怎麼玩，時間安排怎麼樣比較好； 也提供他的地圖與我們分享經驗!一定要跟老闆索取計程車的電話以備不時之需(台東路上攔不到計程車的)。(介紹的計程車大哥收費也超實在.健談)對於旅客真的是最佳導遊以及解鎖關卡的最佳人選! 真的好險聽了他的意見，才讓我們這次旅行非常棒!

地點就在台東市區，藍蜻蜓及果珍濃就在附近，走路到轉運站約10分鐘，附近也有ubike。老闆很熱情介紹台東周遭景點、美食及留意事項。 淋浴的水壓很充足，也有抽風設備，一晚乾爽。房內電視不小，床還不錯睡。 一樓共用空間有2張大桌、冷氣、電視、冰箱、洗手間

1.地理位置去夜市及附近的美食小吃都很方便，民宿老闆會推薦自己收藏的美食店家或雨備旅行方案，讓旅客有更多選擇，謝謝老闆的熱心資訊。 2.公共區域及房間都很乾淨，隔音也不錯，住起來舒適，讓人放鬆。
