The staff were extremely courteous and helpful with the information and advice we needed about car hire and restaurants/cafes and ordering taxis.

There is a place to gather and relax and the location is right in the heart of Taitung town
The toilet does not always have a proper door and needs to step up quite high. there is no space on the desk to use laptop hectare there are too many items cluttered
