Lokalizacja świetna! Wszędzie blisko, a jednak trochę na uboczu! Ester, była bardzo pomocna i miła! Wyposażenie i udogodnienia genialne. Tak na prawdę na samym końcu pobytu odkryliśmy wszystkie możliwości tego mieszkania! Polecamy!

Trzeba być uważnym na okolicę. Byliśmy świadkami próby włamania do samochodu. Winda jest malutka i jedzie bardzo powoli co było zabawne ;)

Wyposażenie, wygląd mieszkania bardzo na plus. Było wszystko co potrzeba i było czysto. Kontakt z osobami zarządzającymi bardzo szybki i sprawny. W mieszkaniu było ciepło (byliśmy w lutym i trafiliśmy na kilka chłodniejszych i deszczowych dni).

Może zamiast wanny w pokoju lepsze byłoby dodatkowe łóżko. Nie było oddzielnych kołder dla dzieci, dostaliśmy po wysłanej prośbie.

Good location. In general, comfortable.

We’d been expecting the use of spa facilities, the shower and the jacuzzi bath. The shower didn’t work apparently due to a recent storm? The buttons on the jacuzzi didn’t work well and it wasn’t particularly great. The washing machine wasn’t working either - again apparently due to the storm. Why did this matter so much? My partner has just lost her mother and two other members of her family. So the extra comfort factor were hugely important. It’s simply why I booked it. The washing machine wasn’t working either also needed as I had been travelling through several countries before hand. The apartment is CLEARLY advertised as a spa apartment and yet the person I communicated with didn’t seem to think that was such a big deal. Basically it totally ruined what was supposed to be a positive surprise to try give her a really different kind of break. To their credit I was refunded 50 euros, but the refund did not compensate for the disappointment. I absolutely believe they should an could have informed me before hand. Had they done so I obviously would have cancelled, but I guess that’s why they didn’t. As ever in this world, everyone is happy to take your money. After reading the response to my review, i reiterate: The apartment is advertised as a spa apartment. whilst you comment on the lights not working, the lights add atmosphere. The bath in the bedroom was also not up to standard, worn buttons and quite a disappointing experience. The first response was not to offer anything but to argue over whatsapp with me. Only when I exlaimed how dissatisfied i was did I get a more reasonable response. I would prefer some contrition rather than an outright rebuttal of my feedback and given the money I spent, the score of 6.0 reflects the level of my disappointment.
