Cozy and comfortable stay

It was a cozy stay - great facilities, quiet place (though with an open window you hear the street noise), easy access to Aosta city. Julien, the host, was very helpful with recommendations and even dropped us off at the bus station as we had heavy luggage. Would gladly return!

La struttura é una casa raccolta ma funzionale molto accogliente, rifornita di tutto l’indispensabile per un breve soggiorno con anche un posto auto. La posizione strategica consente di raggiungere il centro della città a piedi durante le belle giornate calde e offre anche una bella vista, il tutto in un contesto molto tranquillo e silenzioso. L’host é stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Camera accogliente e pulita, posizione comoda appena fuori dal centro e sulla strada per raggiungere le terme di pre saint Didier. Ottima accoglienza, abbiamo trovato in camera bottiglie d'acqua, te tisane e caffè. Molto consigliato

La casa è pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e molto accogliente. Spazi ampi e ben organizzati, ideali per rilassarsi. La posizione è ottima: tranquilla ma vicina a tutto. Host gentile, disponibile e attento.

Ravis à l’arrivée... et ravis de partir

Propriétaire super accueillante. Le studio est top : décoré avec bon goût et élégance, aménagé avec des matériaux et équipements de qualité, tout est très bien pensé. La literie était incroyable, très confortable, tout sentait très bon et était doux. Beaucoup de petites attentions dans le studio. La localisation dans le quartier est très pratique et il y a une place de parking (la proprio a même eu la gentillesse de nous laisser avancer notre coûteuse moto). Franchement sur tous ces aspects, l’Ancienne Maisonnette est une pépite 🫶

Seul bémol majeur qui a grandement gâché la seule nuit que nous y avons passée : les voisins de palier. Il s’agit en fait d’une maison composée de 2 logements attenants par une mince cloison non insonorisée. Nous y étions juste pour dormir car nous avons mangé dehors et devions nous lever tôt... mais nos chers voisins ont fait des allers-retour en claquant les portes de 22h à minuit, puis ont écouté la télé et parlé assez fort : nous avions littéralement l’impression de les avoir dans la pièce. Ils ont donc eu droit à notre réveil (et je n’en suis même pas désolée). Donc un conseil : si vous pouvez en porter, prenez des bouchons d’oreilles pour vous assurer une nuit un minimum reposante.

Ideal pour un court séjour

L’authenticité du lieu: l.agencement extérieur, la fontaine , la tonnelle, les fleurs... L.accueil chaleureux de Nadia, la décoration intérieure. Une place de parking individuelle.

La cuisine et coin repas sont plus petit que sur la photo. 7 m2 à peu près. La vue sur l’immeuble d’en face et l.isolation phonique qui pourrait être améliorée par rapport aux appartements mitoyens

Ancienne maisonnette est bien située, facile d'accès, parking privé. L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, tout est bien organisé, rangé, rien ne manque. Calme, séjour paisible, et la propriétaire est charmante.

Appartamento accogliente, tutto curato nei minimi particolari, letto molto comodo. Ottima posizione ideale per esplorare la valle. Parcheggio privato disponibile, molto apprezzato ! La signora Nadia molto gentile ci ha fornito utili informazioni per passeggiate, ristoranti, ecc. Consigliato!👍

Ma struttura è molto accogliente e ben arredato. Sembra bene di entrare in casa di un amico caro. Il proprietario è molto gentile , disponibile e alla mano.

In linea di massima mi è piaciuto tutto, piccolo e accogliente con tutti i comfort. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. L’unico consiglio che mi permetto di dare è: magari per il futuro un condizionatore (viste le estati bollenti) e se ci si ferma pochi giorni avere le capsule del caffè per tutti i giorni del soggiorno (io avevo provato a ricomprarle ma non andavano bene) o mettere a disposizione una macchina del caffè.

Bonita decoración, perfecta limpieza, amabilidad de la dueña y muy colaboradora en la información. Tiene agua de manantial a disposición.

Un grand appartement dans un joli chalet a cote d’une belle maison. Tout est en ordre, de l’eau fraiche dans le frigo, du cafe et the. Et en plus des belles livres d’ art. Assez pres du vieux centre. Et tout pres d’un musee de grande classe archeologique qu’il faut absolument aller voir A recommander.

Een schattig appartement , sfeervol en een goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding

Het was een klein maar met zorg ingericht appartement met een balkon waar we tussen de huizen een blik op het gebergte konden werpen. Julien, de zoon van de eigenaresse ontving ons en hij gaf ook nog tips over de omgeving. Wij hebben een prachtige bergwandeling naar een meer gedaan en het stadje is ook mooi. We waren er twee nachten, we hebben goede herinneringen.
