From the moment we arrived, we had a great experience. We were warmly welcomed by the owner’s son, who spoke perfect English and was incredibly helpful. He gave us a thorough tour of the apartment and explained everything we needed to know about the keys.The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The fridge and cupboards were generously stocked with essentials and more—it’s clear the owners have put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home.The apartment complex was quiet as well as the surrounding area.Additional perks included off-street parking and a basement storage area for skis and equipment. This was our 2nd visit to Roberto and Barbara’s apartment in Aosta, both for a skiing holiday in Pila. Such a warm, comfortable and impeccably clean apartment. It has everything you need for your stay. Private parking, quiet building and a 10 minute walk into town. I’ve stayed in many holiday rentals. This one remains best of the bunch. I thoroughly recommend a stay here.

The apartment was clean, roomy, organized, well equipped , stocked with staples and overall exceptional! There is also an excellent furnished balcony facing the mountains and made for a perfect place to relax in the evening before dinner. The hosts were outstanding in all respects! We would welcome the opportunity to visit there again.

This apartment was perfect for my 10 night stay in Aosta. The location is an easy 10 minute walk into town, and 2 minutes from the main road that takes you east and west. Parking is safe/private. The unit is top floor, meaning no noise from above. Much of the apartment appears to be newly renovated, especially the kitchen which was immaculate. I had 3 devices using the wifi and never had a problem. The property owner is very kind and responsive, even stocking the unit with some essentials (water, milk, bread, etc.). Overall, the apartment was perfect; I wouldn't think twice about staying there again.

Wir waren begeistert - alles sauber, funktionstüchtig und ein überdurchschnittlicher herzlicher Empfang! Sogar der Kühlschrank und ein Verpflegungskörbchen waren sehr gut gefüllt! Das kannten wir bisher nur aus Australien..... Trotz der Sprachschwierigkeiten (wir sprechen kein italienisch!) klappte die Kommunikation hervorragend! Wir fühlten uns rundum gut versorgt mit Tipps und "Dingen des täglichen Lebens"! Wir sind seit ca 15 Jahren mehrere Wochen im Jahr auf Reisen, mieten immer FeWo's oder Apartements - aber so eine tolle Unterkunft und solch eine herzliche Begrüßung waren dann doch eher die Seltenheit! Ein großes Dankeschön von uns und hoffentlich auf ein Wiedersehen im Aosta Tal..... Es gab nur einen kleinenSchönheitsfehler: Motorräder ohne Schalldämpfung in den Nächten.

Die Wohnung im obersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhaus (mit Aufzug) war sehr sauber, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es gab sogar ein Korb mit essen für den ersten Abend/Frühstück. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Toll war die Klimaanlage und der private Parkplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört. Danke!

L'appartement est très propre, aménagé avec goût,très bien équipé et bien situé . La place de parking est bien utile . Tout est conforme à l'annonce . Roberto et Barbara sont des hôtes charmants , présents en restant discrets et pleins de gentilles attentions . Nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement meublé avec goût, bien grand pour 2, situé au 4e étage avec ascenseur, la vue sur les montagnes est très agréable. Propriétaires sympathiques et des petites attentions très agréables : panier petit-déjeuner, gel douche et shampoing, plans et guides. Il se situe à 20 mn à pied du centre ville.

Ce logement a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes. Il était d’une propreté irréprochable, très bien rénové et équipé. La literie était également de qualité ce qui est très appréciable ! Les propriétaires étaient extrêmement accueillants. La place de parking et le local en sous-sol sont des plus appréciables. En conclusion nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location!

Y MUY IMPORTANTE LAS CAMAS TE PERMITEN UN BUEN DESCANSO. LA UBICACIÓN DEL DEPARTAMENTO TE PERMITE EN POCO TIÉMPO DE LLEGAR A TODO LO QUE HAY QUE VISITAR EN AOSTA, SUS VALLES, SUS MONTAÑAS, CASTILLOS ETC.ETC. RECOMENDAMOS VISITAR AOSTA HISTORICA ROMANA, SUS MUSEOS Y RESTOS ARQUEOLOGICOS ADEMAS DEL CENTRO QUE ES MUY BONITO, RECOMENDAMOS USAR EL AUTO PARA GANAR TIEMPO, HAY MUCHOS PARQUEOS EN EL CENTRO DE LA CIUDAD Y SE LLEGA EN POCOS MINUTOS. LOS PROPIETARIOS SON MUY DISPONIBILES, NOS DIERON IMPORTANTES CONSEJOS SOBRE COMO Y QUE VISITAR. L'esperienza fatta in questo appartamento è stata stupenda. L'accoglienza dei proprietari, unica. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare tutti i prodotti tipici valdostani, che sono stati molto graditi da tutti i componenti della famiglia. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto, due ampie camere, un bagno con lavatrice, una cucina moderna con tutto quello che può servire per una famiglia. Tutte le stanze hanno una TV. Ampio terrazzino che dà sulla Pila. Il Clima è risultato utile solo in alcune giornate particolarmente calde. L'arredamento si vede che è nuovo. Parcheggio comodo e un box per le bici ampio (noi ne avevamo 4) Insomma, che dire... Voto 10

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement. Roberto is een vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer. Het appartement was schoon, goed onderhouden en voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden. Vanuit Aosta kun je prachtige wandelingen maken, het appartement is daarvoor een prima uitvalsbasis.
