Jan was so lovely and a wealth of knowledge. Breakfast was amazing and set us up for a good day of exploring. The villa was meticulously clean and very comfortable, it was filled with everything you could possibly need whilst travelling. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.

Remember to pack shampoo and conditioner.

Very spacious accomodation, thoughtfully fuenished, very heartly welcome from the host Jan. All equipment has been there. Nice terrace with morning sun, comfortable parking space, and a worldclass breakfast !

Jan is an incredibly attentive and warm host who personally welcomed us on arrival and said goodbye when we left. Jan also provided us with very helpful tips for excursions in the area. Each morning, we looked forward to the delicious breakfast and the friendly, personal conversations. The location is both central and quiet, which made it perfect for exploring Rotorua while still being able to relax. The house offers every comfort you might need, including a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, and a cozy living area. The interior is stylish and thoughtfully designed. We especially enjoyed the beautifully maintained flower garden with comfortable furniture – a perfect place to unwind. Everything is spotless and very well cared for. We felt completely at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rotorua.
